I have some answers for you after the research I have done for my next workshop “Take control of your weight”, I found that it is all the result of these 3 mains bad habits:

Poor lifestyle is affecting your weight big time as a result it is impacting your health in a very degenerative way.


However all these can change by making small and progressive positive changes in your lifestyle, such as:

Exercise:
  • Release growth hormones (slow aging process),
  • Endorphins (Reduce stress), Cortisol (regulate blood sugar),
  • Tone your body,
  • Improve cardio-vascular condition,
  • Increase energy.
Meditation
  • Release serotonin (happy hormone), 
  • Growth hormone (youth hormone)
  • Melatonin (Increase immunes system, etc),
  • Reduce stress and, 
  • It is restorative.
Eating habits:  
  • Increase raw food consumption to a 50% of your daily intake,  such as:
    • Veggies
    • Legumes and,
    • Fruits.
  • Avoid processed food as much as possible.
  • Drink lots of water.

Reading:
  • Good mode of relaxation and help release stress.

Hobbies:
  • Helps you to calm your mind & body.


All these different activities will help your body to restore, repair and function in balance with itself as a result your body weight will reduce in a healthy way according to you.


It is all about being conscious about the choices we make and the impact that will create on you body.
