Well this is a reality of today’s society.


Your body was designed
To move
To be agile
To be active

Today’s world is all surrounded by amazing technology that is making us lazier and increasing the levels of sedentary lifestyle.

As a result of this current lifestyle, human beings especially in North America are developing lots of health issues such as: obesity, diabetes, cholesterol, high blood pressure, back pain, hips pain as well tennis elbow and carpal tunnel as we result of excessive uses of the mouse with computers.

On top of all that, eating habits are very poor and we are eating large amount of food like we are still using that energy hunting like in prehistoric era. My conclusion is that our environment has evolved but our body is still using the same “technology”. Our brain is a powerful computer however it is not aligned with the progress of our environment as result it is causing a disconnection between your body, mind, and environment.




I would like to provide you with 3 simple ways to overcome a sedentary lifestyle:

  1. Schedule moving, standing or active breaks: especially when you know you will be working seated for long hours.
  2. Plan walking meetings with colleagues or business
  3. Walk more, drive less
    • Park further than the entrance.
    • Take the train instead of driving.
    • Ride your bike instead of using the car.

This is a process of transformation to create a new positive habits to help your body and mind to have a healthy lifestyle through conscious daily activities and fitness.
