Why quick diets and exercise programs failed on you after completed

The reason is very simple you did not create a lifestyle, this seems to be overrated but true. Working with different people to help them lose weight or become more active, I have noticed that none of the previous diets or 21, 30, 90 days workout programs don’t work after completion.

They all work together, they are all 100% important in your life in order to grow older, staying agile, strong and healthy. By making simple and easy changes in all those different areas will allow you to enjoy your kids and grandkids properly instead of from a wheelchair.
